Chicago AGD Presented “Stay Out of Jail: Avoiding Coding Errors and Excel in Insurance Administration” with Dr. Charles Blair, DDS
On Friday, May 11th, 2018, at Gene & Georgetti in Rosemont, the Chicago Component of the Academy of General Dentistry hosted a day-long course titled “Stay Out of Jail: Avoid Coding Errors and Excel in Insurance Administration”. Dr. Charles Blair presented a comprehensive lecture focusing on dental insurance coding and how to get the most from insurance companies. This course reviewed the most commonly used CDT codes and introduced new ones. A guide to writing proper narratives and supporting documentation for procedures was given. The course finished up with a discussion from speaker Vanessa Buchheit on how to effectively market and grow your dental practice.
