Leadership in action!
In April, ILAGD was proudly represented at the AGD 2026 Leadership Development Symposium by Dr. Brenden Moon (Regional Director), Dr. Shruti Pore (Secretary), Jana West (Constituent Executive) & Maureen Kugel (Executive & Treasury Assistant).
Hosted by AGD’s Regional Directors, this inspiring event brought together current and emerging leaders from across the country to learn, grow, and collaborate. Attendees explored the latest trends, tools, and strategies to strengthen their impact within AGD, their practices, and their communities.
A highlight of the weekend was working with leadership coach Chris Failla through the CliftonStrengths® assessment—helping uncover and maximize unique leadership talents. From creative team building (yes… even mousetraps and play dough!) to meaningful conversations and networking with fellow constituents, the weekend was filled with learning, connection, and a lot of fun.
