A Beginner’s Guide to Confidently Cutting Your First 100 Arches – Jumping into the world of full-arch surgery can be daunting, regardless of your training or
background. Not to mention, for those interested in improving All-On-X surgical skills – it seems the “requirement” is a zygomatic implant course.
Trying to find where to simply get started can be intimidating to say the least. If you’ve felt like this, you’re not alone. Take a deep breath and relax.
Matt Krieger, an OMFS with 1,880 arches of All-On-X experience, the author of AOXSurgery.com, and a practice dedicated solely to full-arch surgery – is excited to share with you.
Course Objectives: Morning Session
In this surgically focused part of the lecture, Dr. Krieger will demystify the full-arch surgery process and fundamental techniques to give you the confidence you need to cut your first 100 arches.
Lectures will focus on the following 4 key surgical areas:

2. AOX Treatment Planning – Making Complex Simple
3. An Introduction to AOX Surgical Technique & Fundamentals
4. What Now? Managing the Most Common AOX Complications
If you’ve been waiting to get your feet wet in the world of AOX surgery, or simply wanting to take your AOX surgery to the next level – then this is the full-arch lecture for you.
Dr. Chowdhury specializes in dental implants and is board-certified. His training includes a Dental University based implant fellowship program which was specific to dental implants only. He is one of the very few graduates of this type of program worldwide. He has also developed an expertise in advanced dentistry which has been the focus of his continuing education efforts.
After finishing his residency and private practice in Saint Louis, MO, Dr. Chowdhury decided to make his home here in Chicago. A former faculty and Clinical Professor at Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Chowdhury continues to help serve as a mentor and teaches at Midwestern University Dental School as a clinical instructor.
He is also an esteemed Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant dentistry, Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and Fellow of the International College of Dentists.

Full Arch Digital Workflow with CT Alignment and Photogrammetry
Summary:
This lecture will delve into the innovative digital workflows for All-on-X via CT alignment and photogrammetry. Learn how these streamlined digital workflows can produce direct-to-MUA designs, same day 3D printed temporaries, fewer appointments, less pre-surgical planning, better impression methods, repeatable and reliable centric relation, CT-recorded vertical dimension, and guidelines for prosthetic design.
Objectives:
1. Understand the All-on-X concept to aid in educating patients and staff.
2. Understand digital workflow techniques and how to incorporate them into your practice.
3. Reduce chair time and minimize errors when restoring full arch restorations.
