It is with distinct honor that I introduce the Chicago Component of the Illinois Academy of General Dentistry’s 2017-2018 Seminar Series! We are excited that we can continue to offer the AGD Membership Benefit of $400 Season Ticket for ALL FOUR COURSES. Furthermore, each Season Ticket holder can bring one dentist for free for one seminar. To better serve members’ widespread locations in Chicago, we will rotate in two locations. The first and third seminar will return to Maggiano’s Oak Brook, while the second and fourth will be in Gene and Georgetti Rosemont. Come network with colleagues, interact with speakers, and enjoy the scrumptious breakfast and lunch in true Chicago style! AGD Members can register for all 4 courses at a discount for $400 by selecting your tickets at the bottom of this page.

Or any Dentist can register “a la carte” for any individual courses by clicking the course title above and registering on that course page. Any cancellation on or after course will not be refunded. Add $30 for registration within seven days of course, including at door.

Here’s the rates per individual course:

• AGD Members: $180
• Non-AGD Dentists: $255
• Hygienist(s) or staff (AGD dentist): $95
• Hygienist(s) or staff (non-AGD dentist): $115
• Student/Residents: $50

Season ticket pass holder can bring one dentist for one free class. For the free pass, you must register 7 days before course. Otherwise, add $30.
