Dr. Larry Williams presented “Until Help Arrives-The Role of an Active Bystander at the joint Illinois Academy of General Dentistry & Illinois State Dental Society CE course that was held in conjunction with the ISDS Annual Session on September 6th in St. Louis, MO. In the event of an emergency the attendees learned how to prepare and protect themselves, their families, and their staff, how to assess their surroundings, how to administer first aid care that will help save lives and how to make an effective 911 call.
