2024 Change of the Illinois AGD Constitution & Bylaws
Motion passed at the 4-21-23 lLAGD board meeting.
lLAGD Emeritus members can fill a vacant board position in the event every option has
been exhausted to fill the position with a current member that has not previously served.
It will be a top priority of the search committee to find new members to fill vacant board
seats.
The lLAGD Board of Directors will be reduced from 21 members to 17 members.
The lIAGD Board position of Vice-President will be eliminated.
The ILAGD general board members will be reduced from 12 members to 9 members.
